Kolleen C. Bannon earned her LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami — one of the most respected programs of its kind in the country, and a level of specialized training most general-practice attorneys never pursue. She lives in Jupiter, Florida, with her two sons, and her office sits on Heritage Drive — a few minutes from many of the clients she serves. That matters. Estate planning touches everything from Florida homestead rules to local probate court procedure, and a lawyer who's rooted in this community brings a working knowledge of both.
